Tuesday, September 17, 7:30-8:30PM: Mandatory online meeting (link here) to go over the itinerary, commitment form, pricing, payment schedule, and fundraising plan.

This is the NEWEST proposal document based off the estimated number of travelers combined with band and orchestra. Notice I have included three brackets (230-239, 220-229, 210-219). I have the pricing set online at the highest pricing (which in this case is 220-229 based on efficiency) as it is much easier to adjust down during the process, rather than adjust up.

TRIP CODE: DAVIS25
This is where everyone will go and register for the trip. All students will pay the QUAD pricing. All adults will pay for either Double or Single, depending on their preference. In order to be a CONFIRMED traveler, they need to enter every piece of information the registration page asks for...this includes emergency contact information, dietary restrictions, payment information, and their choice to opt in or opt out of insurance.
This is a NEW crowdfunding option for all families. Following their first deposit, each traveler will receive a unique URL link to send to friends and family. Once the friends and family receive the link, they can click on the link and donate ANY amount to help fund the traveler's trip. Once they donate, the amount donated immediately comes off the trip balance for the traveler (minus a credit card processing fee). On average, we have been seeing about $400 donations to each traveler with this program.
Traveler insurance is an OPTIONAL selection for every traveler that they will make at the time of registration, but we do strongly recommend purchasing the Enhanced protection, that comes with the CANCEL FOR ANY REASON benefit, should parents decide to purchase the insurance. Enhanced is an additional 7.6% of the trip cost and Standard (does NOT come with the CFAR benefit) is an extra 4.55% of the trip cost.
